Changes:

  • Added ability to generate sbatch arrays and made this the default mode of write_sbatch_graph (issue #1 )
  • Added run_elastix wrapper for running elastix on OpenMind
  • Added wait_for_elastix function that waits for elastix to finish running on OpenMind before allowing the subsequent Julia commands to execute.
  • Fixed bug with ssh commands executing out of order (issue #2 )
  • Improved performance of data syncing commands
