FaST v0.3-beta

This is the first release of FaST. The software is still undergoing significant improvements, and should be considered in a beta stage of the development.
This release comes with

• a better definition of the environment, which has been extensively tested on different hardwares and Linux distributions.
• a much more stable segmentation output, with only very minor changes observed upon using different random seeds.
• a significantly improved documentation
