Add the steps required for collecting a sysdiagnose archive from an iOS or iPadOS device without having to use Feedback Assistant, a Managed Apple Account, or Apple Configurator.

This makes it possible to troubleshoot MDMClient delivery issues for iOS devices for customers without them having to plug the device in to collect the data.
