Pull all the relevant host vitals from Apple for iOS/iPadOS, minus the properties that are related to shared iPad usage.
Separate out the example response into macOS and iOS/iPadOS for now, until the new host vitals are supported for macOS as well.
Related issue: Resolves #39281
