Thanks for the request. cea can't be added atm — its computational core is Fortran (~56% of its codebase), and we currently have no Fortran cross-compiler for iOS or Android. Unlike scipy, where we build with Fortran disabled, cea's solver is the Fortran, so there's nothing to build without it.
