Release 1.2.2 with CANshield 2c

Minor change to README file and update release numbers

Release 1.2.1 with CANshield 2b

This release detects the following boards: NANO, UNO, MEGA 1280 and MEGA 2560. It uses iterrupt pin 2 for all of them.

Release 1.2.0 with CANshield 2a

This release detects a MEGA 1280 or MEGA 2560 and switches the interrupt pin to pin 19. This is now not needed for test purposes and the next release 1.2.1 (CANshield 2b) should be used instead.
