This adds the S2 logo to the README (similar to e.g. s2-rust), and adds a badge with a link to the S2 Discord server. This necessitated converting the README from RST to Markdown, because I could not get RST to lay out the logo and badges in a reasonable way. If someone knows how to do it in RST, that's also very welcome!
