Patch release in the v0.5 "Java Lava" line.

A human's stop wins over a replayed approval. A review that finishes on a ticket someone cancelled or tagged with the skip label while it ran no longer merges or rewrites the ticket, even when the review label is still on it: the report posts and nothing else moves. A merge the run itself recorded is no longer reported as an out-of-pipeline merge on replay, while a merge without that receipt still trips the detector. A decomposition survives a restart between the board write and its local checkpoint: children already on the board count as the committed split, and a skip label stops a pending split before another child or relation is written.

Backups work again. The backup and restore helpers mounted their scripts over the container's system library directory and relied on BusyBox tar, which reads the archive's directory options differently from GNU tar. They now run on a digest-pinned Debian image with GNU tar, with the payloads mounted elsewhere, and CI performs a real restore drill on every change: wrong-kind and corrupt archives are refused without touching the destination, both volumes are restored and compared file by file, and the restored stack boots and finishes a new dispatch.

Run now under an intake pause says so. The pause stays absolute, and Run now on a scheduled task never bypasses it; instead of a quiet empty result it now answers with the reason, whether intake is paused on every board the task would fire on or the task's last ticket is still open.

Smaller fixes. Save & leave completes the navigation after a successful retry. Grok runs report their cache writes and the CLI's own cost, so they are no longer priced as estimates only.

Engineering. Mission dispatch and the steward share one repository-context preparation with a typed result, guarded by a focused mypy contract gate; CI installs the built CLI wheel and sdist into clean environments and exercises the installed commands; a browser check that raced an asynchronous decoration is re-read until it holds.
