• Added ability to detect missing header files and thus early-exiting the file parsing (commit)
• Added fip_slave_open_log function to redirect the debug output of slaves to a log file instead of to stderr. On windows the debug output deadlocked the slaves because the master never flushed stderr while waiting on responses from the slave on
  stdout, this is fixed now (commit)
• fixed the stderr printing problem. It seems like when the compiler is run inside the system_call function which captrures its stdout and stderr streams it prevented the stderr stream to be redirectible to a file which caused the deadlock again (commit)
