Known issue: The sandbox API currently returns HTTP 503 WEBHOOK_STREAM_LIMITER_UNAVAILABLE, so flint listen may be unavailable until the backend Redis limiter recovers. The live sandbox check was explicitly waived for this release; all other release checks remain required.
