Fix community-plugin review findings: drop redundant settings heading, replace setDestructive() (Obsidian API newer than declared minAppVersion) with setWarning(), replace confirm() with in-app modal, narrow processFrontMatter/undocumented-API typing to remove unsafe-any lint issues.
