Release v0.28.0

The ctrl-f release. contains: / contains~ search the whole block body and compose with under: like every other term; a ~ pattern that nests a quantifier inside a quantified group is refused (it can backtrack for seconds on the UI thread). Fixes: escaped brackets in a query regex no longer swallow the option pills after them (both sides of the wire, corpus-pinned); headings colour their own line, every heading in a block, by level.

  • contains: / contains~ whole-body term; nested-quantifier refusal for every ~ term (#430)
  • tokenizer: backslash-escaped brackets are regex text, client + Rust stamp tokenizer (#431)
  • display: per-line heading colour by level; fenced/bordered/bold-crossing cases (#432)

⚠️ float-box needs the new floatty-server (stamp tokenizer parity). Refs: FLO-971, FLO-972, FLO-973.
