Manuelle Links – UI-Überarbeitung

• "+"-Kachel am Ende des Projekt-Grids statt separater "Manuelle Webseiten"-Sektion (nur für Admins)
• Links bearbeitbar: URL, Name und Beschreibung direkt im Projekt-Modal änderbar
• Health-Check Fix: Nur noch den Host pingen, nicht die volle URL mit Port

Homelab-Icons – Farben & SVG-Fixes

• Markenfarben: Docker (#2496ED), Portainer (#13BEF9), Vaultwarden (#175DDC), Tailscale (#4552E5), pfSense (#4A6FA5), Gitea (Grün #609926/#87C540)
• SVG-Konflikte behoben: Alle <style>-Blöcke in 8 Icons durch inline-Attribute ersetzt – keine CSS-Klassen-Konflikte mehr im Icon-Picker
• pfSense weißer Hintergrund entfernt, Dockge-Icon entfernt

Projekt-Modal

• Scrollbar mit max-height, collapsible Sektionen für Logo/Icon und Beschreibung
• Bessere Sichtbarkeit der "+"-Kachel im Dark Mode

Bugfixes

• Übersetzungs-Fix: "Link gelöscht" HTML-Entity Doppel-Escaping behoben

• Editable links: URL, name and description changeable directly in the project modal
• Health check fix: Only pings the host, not the full URL with port

• SVG conflicts fixed: All <style> blocks in 8 icons replaced with inline attributes – no more CSS class conflicts in icon picker
