- build each arch natively, drop QEMU emulation - extract docker build into shared job-docker-image.yml - pin setup-docker-builder to v1.11.0, v2.0.0 silently disabled layer cache - pin extension revisions per build so cache tracks extension content - nightly cron builds with no-cache to refresh base image and apt
