Rounding error fix, -z option for alternative rounding method

Fixed rounding error which was not a major problem, but having transactions show up that weren't balanced deserved a fix. Along with the fix came a new option to use ROUND_HALF_UP (which is the method my broker uses) the default still remains ROUND_HALF_EVEN.

I also added readline because it makes editing during entering input a lot nicer.
