Flower 0.1.3 hardens Flow definition and transition semantics, prevents nested manual Worker ticks, improves durability state handling, makes flower-check parser and baseline behavior fail visibly, and fixes async observability shutdown so in-flight writes are not lost. It also adds real Java 8 runtime CI, reproducible build metadata, and LICENSE/NOTICE packaging.
