Kairos v0.1.2

Name your sessions and watch them live in the status line.

What changed

kairos --title "Foo" claude — name the activity when you launch it. Composes with --project; the title reaches the Claude Code plugin via KAIROS_ACTIVITY_TITLE and now updates even when you resume an existing session, not just on first start.
Per-session status line. A new activities.status RPC feeds kairos-claude-code statusline, rendering Activity: <name> [Focused|Gracing|Idle] ⏱<total> [<today>] with color. Add it to .claude/settings.json:

Cheap status reads. A daemon-side StatusIndex cache rebuilds once per ingested event (not per poll) with a provably-exact live tail for the focused activity, so frequent status-line renders stay off the heavy attribution path. The focused/gracing/idle classifier is now shared between the status line and the menu dot.

The daemon, CLI, and dashboard otherwise behave as in v0.1.1.

Requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer.

Unzip, then drag Kairos.app into /Applications.
The app is ad-hoc signed (not notarized). On first launch Gatekeeper will block it — right-click the app → Open, or drop the quarantine flag once:

Launch Kairos — it runs as a menu-bar item. Open the Dashboard and configure idle/AFK, clients, and projects from its menu.

In the app: Configure → Plugins → Claude Code → Register, then install with the Claude Code CLI:
