fix(nav): add flox-run and flox-deactivate to CLI reference sidebar#40
Merged
Conversation
Both man pages were created by the man-page sync (flox-run on 2026-07-01, flox-deactivate on 2026-06-12) but never got the hand-maintained nav entries in docs.json, so they were live and searchable yet missing from the sidebar. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
User feedback (Slack thread):
flox runcouldn't be found in the docs sidebar. The man-page sync from flox/flox only writes files under
man/— nav entries indocs.jsonare maintained by hand (see AGENTS.md). Two synced pages never got their entries:man/flox-run(synced 2026-07-01 in 4d582fb) — added to the Packages group, matching where the mainfloxman page's SEE ALSO clusters itman/flox-deactivate(synced 2026-06-12 in b067c95) — added to the Environments group next toflox-activateBoth pages were already live and searchable; they were just missing from the sidebar. The auto-activation pages (
flox-activate-allow/flox-activate-deny) remain deliberately excluded per c2f6538.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
