0.1.7: Extended options to evaluate representatives

With --evaluate, you can now specify a radius and --cover to find what is the % of sequences on your tree covered by your pre-selected representatives within the radius that you specified. E.g., you can find how many sequences are within 1% divergence of your representatives by running

parnas -t mytree.tre --evaluate --prior "regex_for_my_reps" --radius 0.01 --cover
