Ruby JIT (YJIT) is enabled by default since v1.20.0. Also, it is now enabled by RubyVM::YJIT.enable in each worker process instead of the `--jit` command-line option, which no longer exists in the Ruby versions Fluentd requires. Signed-off-by: Shizuo Fujita <fujita@clear-code.com>
