[Property Editor] Add ability to filter and search for properties

It would be nice if we could filter the properties list to show:

• set properties only
• strings only
• enums only
• doubles only
• ints only
• booleans only

As well as a search bar so a user could search by property name.

Do we have concrete use cases where a user would want to filter by property type? I can't think of a reason I'd want to see only ints for example.

My thinking here is that a user might remember there is a property of X type that can be set on the widget but can't remember the name (e.g. I remember there is a numeric property for setting the size of a Divider -> filter by double -> find thickness).

This was added in #9022, which added the ability to filter via the search bar by argument name, value or type.
