This reverses some of the changes made in #8118 to move
copyToClipboardfunctionality todevtools_app_shared. Since thecopyToClipboardlogic contains a workaround for VS Code, this code needs to live indevtools_app, which is the web app embedded in an iFrame in VS Code.This change will be followed by adding a new API that allows DevTools extensions to request that DevTools app copy content to the clipboard.
This PR also prepares
devtools_extensionsanddevtools_app_sharedfor a 0.2.2 publish.
