Thai can not be displayed correctly with the latest version flutter (master)

What version of Flutter are you using, and what device are you deploying to?

Can you provide a code sample that reproduces the problem?

@jason-simmons Yes , it is easy to reproduce ,please have a look at the header of the Thai text in the screenshot blow.

I just added some Thai text to the Stock sample ,it display wrong characer in the header.

But it displays correctly with the Flutter of Mar 7 version ,I don't know what happened.
