flutter format not working in Flutter 3.29.0

Steps to reproduce

flutter create my_test_app
cd my_test_app
flutter format .

Expected results

Flutter should format the code when I try to format with shortcut or manually.

Actual results

backward changes happen even though IDE says "Formatted successfully." I try VSCODE and Android studio both. And also try Debian12 and windows10.

But I try older version of Flutter 3.27.3 • channel stable version, This version of Flutter code format is working in successfully. So, don't update flutter now.

I try, It's doesn't work. I find out this issue is happen only new version of flutter sdk. Becuase recently i got popup new version of flutter sdk available then i update then flutter code format not working. So now i am using older version: 3.27 sdk instead of 3.29 sdk. Now it' working fine with flutter format.
