New Widget: SearchBar

I was just about to start implementing my own version of this. I'm glad to see that it's being added natively! Not to nag you, but has any progress been made recently?

FYI: #17629 has just been merged to master, which brings Material's Expandable Search to Flutter.

@goderbauer Thanks a lot for the information, this is indeed great progress. I just wanted to make clear that this issue is about Persistent Search, not Expandable Search (by what I don't necessarily want to say, that you aren't aware of that).
