Stuck on white screen when running my app in debug mode

Steps to reproduce

It happens actually if I run in debug mode and I swipe the app from app switcher or even stop running the app once

device
Vivo with android 15

Expected results

The app to continue to work as expected

Actual results

The Flutter app gets stuck on a white screen, and the debugger never attaches—nothing happens after launch.

The terminal also hangs at:

Launching lib/main.dart on V2529 in debug mode...

In some cases, the app actually runs on the device, but the terminal still freezes at the same point and no logs appear.

I tried unplugging the USB cable, running adb kill-server and adb start-server, but that didn’t fix it. The only thing that works is restarting the device and reconnecting it and it also does not work all the time.

To help us make the issue more actionable, could you please clarify a few details:

• Does this issue occur only on this specific Vivo device, or have you observed it on any other physical devices?
• If you have tested on other devices, do they also exhibit the same "white screen" hang?
• If yes, what Android versions are those devices running?
• Could you also please upgrade to the latest stable version (3.41.7) and check if the issue persists there?

We want to confirm if this is a device-specific or related to Android 15.
