Image_picker add HDR button

Like the title says, the image picker plugin on camera option opens the default camera app but it does not have HDR options. Taking a picture of the computer screen without HDR options creates moire and other aberrations in the picture due to the fast refresh rate of the screens.

@vazad28 Thank you for opening the issue. There is currently no way to simply enable the HDR option on either platforms. There are people talking about these on stack overflow. See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/36039978/enable-hdr-option-before-starting-camera-intent?rq=1 for android, and https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3814692/enable-hdr-option-for-uiimagepickercontroller for iOS.
As far as I know, there is no way to add this feature as for now. Do you have any suggestions on how we can add this without completely rewrite the plugin?

Maybe this is something that can be achieved by a custom camera plugin? @bparrishMines

Unfortunately, the camera plugin doesn't have this feature either. However, one could fork the camera plugin and add it if one needed a quick solution.

Since the native image picker from iOS and android do not provide a way to show the HDR button, I don't think there is anything that we can do. Closing this issue for now.
