This PR adds the Knowunity showcase case study and updates the company showcase listing: - Adds `sites/www/content/showcase/knowunity.md` with case study details, metrics, and screenshots. - Adds webp logo and body images under `sites/www/content/showcase/images/third_party/case_studies/knowunity/` and `sites/www/content/images/third_party/logos/knowunity.webp`. - Updates `sites/www/content/showcase/data/companies.yaml` to include Knowunity.
