• telescope:events, telescope:gates and telescope:dumps, the CLI mirrors of the three MCP-only buffers. A consumer that drives the app from a shell instead of wiring the MCP server (whose 58 tool schemas cost an agent context on every turn) had no way to read event, gate or debugPrint records at all. Each command reads its ext.telescope.* extension, takes --limit (default 50), prints one line per record and warns on an empty buffer, the same shape as telescope:queries. exceptions stays MCP-only; dusk:exceptions reads that buffer from a shell.
