Bug Fixes

  • ci: make Central publication recovery idempotent (16fe4d4)

    Resume status polling for an already uploaded deployment after transient Central 5xx responses instead of re-uploading the immutable release.

    On GitHub reruns, exclude components that Central already published so a completed release can finish green without duplicate deployment errors.
