  • proxy: schedule asynchronous forwards by segment (c3b5240)

    Execute forwarded HTTP calls through one proxy-wide bounded asynchronous scheduler. Preserve exact-segment serial order and durable backpressure, and return unfinished HTTP work to the WebRequest log only when a hard shutdown deadline expires.
