SimpleMtkWlan 1.4.0 — MediaTek MT7921 / MT7921K (RZ608) / MT7922 Wi-Fi for macOS.

Pick one kext (both match the card):

  • AirportMtkWlan-Tahoe-*.zip — native macOS Wi-Fi menu on macOS 26 Tahoe (no root patch, no client app). Needs DisableIoMapper.
  • AirportMtkWlan-Sequoia-*.zip — the same for macOS 15.2+ Sequoia (not tested on hardware with this HAL yet).
  • SimpleMtkWlan-*.zip — Ethernet-style interface for any macOS version, controlled by the SimpleMTK app.
  • *-DEBUG.zip — debug builds (same features; this is the configuration the hardware tests were run with).
  • mtklog.sh — prints the driver's persistent debug log (./mtklog.sh > mtk.txt).

Bluetooth for the same card: SimpleMtkBtFw.

Native Wi-Fi front end: AirportItlwm (OpenIntelWireless, laobamac/itlwm) as adapted to MediaTek by pengubow.
