Version 3.1.0

Updated FlyWire annotations matching the release of version 1.0 of the MaleCNS dataset and updated Berg et al. manuscript (Cell, accepted in principle).

This release includes:

• complete retyping of Johnston's Organ (JO) sensory neurons
• updated fru_dsx annotations
• changes to other columns (cell_type, hemibrain_type, etc)
• a small number of updates to the hemibrain annotations
