File Viewer v2.1.29

Release v2.1.29 fixes OFD/PDF load-order failures, paged print masks, Vite dev PDF Worker/CMap paths, Archive Worker/WASM URLs, PDF.js API/Worker ownership, PPTX completion events, XLSX text inside Shadow DOM, PDF centering/maxScale/1:1 behavior, and the Vue 2.6 DOCX webpack example. It also upgrades @flyfish-dev/cad-viewer to 0.6.6 for closed polylines, saved UCS/PLAN orientation, and dashed linetypes.

Validated with the reported private PDF and DWG files, the latest #117 reproduction, React 19/Vite 8, Vue 2.6/Webpack, offline assets, full browser smoke, and registry cold installs.
