File Viewer v2.3.0

  • Added stable Pages, Numbers, Keynote, WordPerfect, Hangul, DBF, FB2, XLA/XLAM, and POT routes. The generated registry contains 221 extensions across 32 preview pipelines.
  • Fully released the fixes tracked by #174, #178, #179, #195, #198, and #201-#204. #200 remains open because the original PPTX is still missing.
  • Fixed Excel Office 365 and WPS in-cell images, workbook drawings, saved column widths, Shadow DOM column resizing, and double-click image preview.
  • Updated the DOCX engine to @file-viewer/docx@0.3.27 for complex frames, sections, positioned pages, and anchored content.
  • Added an on-demand Apache-2.0 MP4V WASM fallback for Chromium without shipping FFmpeg, libav, or LGPL/GPL/AGPL source.
  • Hardened PPTX Worker output, rendered Markdown, archive filename decoding, package dependencies, and offline Worker/WASM delivery.

Version attribution

Source and GitHub Release use v2.3.0. The immutable npm corrections use @file-viewer/renderer-spreadsheet@2.3.1, @file-viewer/renderer-word@2.3.1, and the 2.3.2 Office/Full/copy-assets line.

The #178 source and Demo appeared during the final v2.2.9 phase, but the immutable npm 2.2.9 artifact predates that fix. v2.3.0 is therefore its first consistent full-channel release.

The release contains 66 verified assets: 56 npm-package archives, five static distributions, and five metadata files.
