This release is an important release version. Add more type classes such as SemiGroup, Monoid, add more type class instance, such as Free Monad, State, Numb, AllBool, AnyBool, SumNumb, ProductNumb. add CI workflow for zig-cats.
Update the README.md file for introduce zig-cats.
