Fail-open safety: cloakline now removes its hosts-file redirect entries (127.0.0.1 api.anthropic.com / �pi.openai.com) whenever the process exits for any reason — clean shutdown, error, or crash. Previously, a crashed cloakline left DNS pointing at 127.0.0.1 with nothing listening, blocking Claude Code until a manual reinstall.
TLS goroutine crash recovery: if the TLS inspection listener exits unexpectedly, it now signals the main process to shut down (and run cleanup) rather than leaving the daemon in a zombie state.
