Fixes multi-line chat messages wrapping too narrow (text breaking early with empty space on the right) after a server/world switch, until a manual window resize fixed it. The window now re-wraps its lines to the saved width as soon as it is loaded.

Requires AdvancedChatCore + MaLiLib + Fabric API.
