Forsetti is proprietary software owned by James Daley, DBA Raven Forge Software. All rights are reserved.
Forsetti is currently in Alpha.
While Forsetti remains in Alpha or Beta, Raven Forge Software permits limited free evaluation under the project license.
During Alpha and Beta only, Forsetti may be downloaded, installed, built, run, and internally evaluated free of charge for testing, review, feedback, and compatibility assessment.
This Alpha/Beta permission is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.
Every use outside the Alpha/Beta evaluation permission requires a separate written enterprise license from Raven Forge Software.
Enterprise-license use includes:
- production use;
- commercial use;
- use to provide services to third parties;
- managed-service-provider, consultant, contractor, or client-support workflows;
- redistribution, resale, sublicensing, hosting, or making Forsetti available to others;
- continued use after Alpha or Beta access ends;
- modification, integration, or deployment beyond internal evaluation; and
- any use not expressly permitted by the Alpha/Beta evaluation terms.
Enterprise license pricing is TBD.
