Fix trimmed PDF exports: restate slide layout in reveal's print view - #4

reveal's print view (?print-pdf) re-parents every slide into a .pdf-page wrapper and hard-resets it (padding: 0 !important, display: block !important), expecting the theme to restate its layout for print. The theme's slide rule only matched .slides > section, so exported PDFs rendered every slide flush against the page edge with a collapsed height — content trimmed at the top and right. - theme.css: restate the padded flex column (and .balance centring) for html.reveal-print .pdf-page > section - deck.js: in print mode, run the overflow auto-fit over every slide once the pdf layout and webfonts have settled — every slide prints, not just the current one Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NZkxDar32S6MNrrPBuum3G
The landing page linked an 'Offline copy' next to each talk's PDF. Drop the link and the whole bundle pipeline behind it: tools/build-offline.py, the CI build step, and the offline.zip references in the audit allowlist, the export hash exclusions and the docs. Gitignore the deck extras a local export-pdf run writes next to each talk.
