A patch release from a review of 16.1.0: no format or reply change. Upgrade with uv tool upgrade brain-framework, then bf skills DIR to update unedited skills.

Fixed

• A declared number field set to .nan or .inf in a note's frontmatter passed bf validate and then failed every search or read reply listing the note with a traceback. bf validate now reports the frontmatter as invalid, and retrieval skips the note with a problem like any other invalid note.
• A path starting with an unknown ~user, such as bf search --brain ~typo/brain, bf init, bf register, bf skills or bf schedule --output, fails with bf: a path's ~ or ~user home directory cannot be resolved instead of a traceback.
• An exact read of two records that name each other as aliases no longer recurses when both files disappear between the cache check and the read.
• bf skills treats a file you added at a path a newer version starts shipping as modified and keeps it, instead of overwriting it.
• A routine whose action was written but whose run history could not be saved reports wrote PATH but local run history could not be saved instead of claiming no action was written.
