Fixes a 1.3.0 regression in warm-worker write acknowledgements.

Fixed

• Write acks imply searchability again: 1.3.0 defaulted the warm worker
  to async indexing, which acknowledged memory.add / add_batch before
  the chunks were indexed — a bulk load followed by immediate searches read
  a partially built index (BEIR fiqa+scidocs paired nDCG@10 0.42 → 0.26;
  caught by the retrieval gate on the release push). Adds now hold their
  acknowledgement until the background index job completes. The await
  yields, so the worker's event loop, ping, and concurrent commands stay
  live while the indexer works — 1.3.0's availability properties are
  preserved. The search-side read-your-writes wait this replaces is
  removed.
• Cold-path searches wait again: the bounded search-lock / busy-reply
  behavior is now scoped to warm-worker processes. Single-shot CLI searches
  racing an in-process repair wait for the lock, as before 1.3.0, instead
  of failing with memd:dense-index-busy.

With correct acknowledgements, the 1.3.0 retrieval improvements measure
above the pre-1.3.0 baseline on the document-retrieval gate as well:
fiqa nDCG@10 0.497 → 0.709 (Recall@10 0.882 → 0.941), scidocs nDCG@10
0.373 → 0.453.
