Change the behavior of rail builder.

  1. Fix the bug of double-layer guardrail for bridges.
  2. Now slopes will be created if the ballast is lower than the ground surface.
  3. Change the GUI. Now the rail panel is separate from the ballast panel. The catenary panel is expanded.
  4. When clear blocks, catenary nodes are correctly removed now. Wire model will not persist.

This mod is still in its early stages. Many bugs may still exist due to insufficient test even if the author has claimed that it is fixed.
Support Fabric only for 1.20.1 and 1.20.4.
