Bug fix

  • WITH … SELECT * FROM cte: a bare SELECT * outer used to render as storage.get_all<cte_0>() — not a valid storage.with() argument — so the whole WITH wrapper was dropped and the code referenced an undefined cte_0. It now nests correctly as storage.with(cte<…>().as(…), select(asterisk<cte_0>())) for every with_cte_style (incl. cpp20_monikers). (#21)
