Bug fix

  • WITH cpp20_monikers: for a CTE with an explicit column list, the columns were named twice — in the moniker call e_cte(e__id, …) and again as >>= e__id aliases in the driving SELECT. They are now named once (in the moniker call); the redundant >>= bindings are dropped for cpp20_monikers. (#22)
