Added

  • Quality Scale: Gold (bumped from Bronze → Silver → Gold in this cycle). All Gold rules implemented and acknowledged in quality_scale.yaml: devices (DeviceInfo with model/sw/hw + via_device), discovery-update-info (DHCP confirm refreshes entry data), dynamic-devices, stale-devices (_async_cleanup_stale_devices prunes the HA registry on startup), icon-translations (77-entry icons.json across 12 entity categories).
  • Snapshot URL on detection events. ajax_camera_detection and ajax_doorbell_ring bus events now ship camera_entity_id and snapshot_url=/api/camera_proxy/<entity> so automations can embed snapshots directly in Telegram / notify payloads without an extra camera.snapshot call. Resolved via entity_registry for both standalone cameras and NVR channel 0. Wired in SSE/SQS and ONVIF paths.
  • 5 new Repairs issues for soft-failed inits — guided UI message instead of a buried log line: onvif_init_failed, onvif_no_cameras, onvif_partial_cameras (with {connected}/{total} placeholders), sse_init_failed, sqs_init_failed. Each issue auto-deletes when the underlying problem resolves. Full FR translation + EN fallback for de/en/es/nl/sv/uk.
  • Coordinator diagnostics counters. stats dict tracks events_sse_received, events_sqs_received, events_onvif_received, auth_errors, discovery_refreshes — visible in the integration's diagnostics download.
  • README extensions for Gold docs: How It Works (Data Update), Use Cases & Examples (3 ready-to-paste automations including the new snapshot URL), Known Limitations (5-row table).

Changed

  • coordinator.py god-class split into 7 thematic mixins: 3329 → 803 lines (-76%). The runtime behaviour is unchanged; the file split makes the bootstrap, arm/disarm services, devices reconciliation, event dispatch, ONVIF handling, spaces reconciliation, and state updaters each readable in isolation. Loggers now carry the actual module name (e.g. custom_components.ajax._coordinator_spaces) instead of a single 3.3k-line bucket.
  • 16 "device not found" warnings demoted to debug in sse_manager.py / sqs_manager.py. These fire on event-vs-discovery race conditions (event arrives before / after the device is known) and are not actionable.
  • HACS visibility: hacs.json drops the FR-only country filter (Ajax is sold in 169 countries) and explicitly sets zip_release: false. HACS Action validation passes 8/8 checks; ready for HACS default submission.

Fixed

  • time import hoisted to module level in models.py so test patches can target custom_components.ajax.models.time consistently.
  • Orphan @callback decorators removed during the coordinator extraction passes.

Tests

  • 75 → 141 tests (+88%). models.py 79% → 89%, devices/__init__.py 84% → 100%, devices/*.py handlers avg ~25% → ~40%. New files: test_device_handlers.py, test_coordinator_parsers.py, test_models_extras.py, test_repair_issues.py, test_runtime_data.py, test_socket_energy.py.
