Update channel

• Choose stable or beta updates — a new Update channel setting under
  Settings → General decides which builds this Mac installs.
• Stable is the default and installs released versions only. Nothing
  changes for existing installations.
• Beta installs test builds as they appear, and still receives every
  stable release, so a beta tester is never left behind on an ageing build.
• Switching back to stable keeps the beta already installed; the next stable
  release replaces it.
• Beta builds are signed and notarized exactly like stable ones. They are
  simply tested less.
