Complete refactoring of srtree library with support to:

  • Evaluation
  • Derivatives
  • Printing in different formats (math, LaTeX, numpy, tikZ)
  • Loading datasets and storing as massiv arrays
  • Automatic Differentiation
  • Model Selection (AIC, BIC, DL)
  • Non-linear optimization using nlopt
  • Equality Saturation adn e-graphs
  • Gaussian, Bernoulli, Poisson, ROXY distributions

It also contains the implementation (with executables) of:

  • egraphGP: a genetic programming for symbolic regression using e-graph
  • egraphSearch: a search algorithm for symbolic regression using e-graph
  • srtools: a report tool that process and evaluates symbolic expressions
  • srsimplify: a tool to simplifiy symbolic expressions using equality saturation
  • rEGGression: a tool to explore a population of regression models
