Changes:

• Updated module to be compatible with PHP 8.2
• Minimum PHP requirements updated in config.json, as new functions used are not available in lower versions.

• Updated UI for Bootstrap5 Compatibility
• Updated JSON format from "['triggers':[[...],[...]]" to "[[...],[...]]"
• Added filtering for fields that don't exist in the destination project, when moving whole instruments

Changes from BCCHR version:

• Is compatible with multiple destination projects
• Is compatible with multi-arm projects
• Can generate a survey url to save back to the source project
• Can modify a record ID with a prefix or postfix
• Can choose the destination event to move whole instruments (previously needed a one-to-one relationship)
• Can create an empty record in the destination project, if desired

IMPORTANT: This upgrade changes the way the JSON object which contains the DET settings is stored. This means that once you install the new version, you'll have to manually enter all your existing DET settings again. We've also disabled downloading release notes for now, as it's not compatible with this version.
