修复

• 快速命令菜单改为挂载到视口级 Portal，避免在手机竖屏被 @tecfancy/dsh-mobile 的左侧 navrail 遮挡。
• 菜单会根据触发按钮位置与可视视口自动重新定位。
• 输出弹窗关闭按钮优化为手机触摸可直接关闭，且不会终止仍在运行的命令。
